Welcome to the Music Ministry of Valley Grove Baptist Church. Our music ministry is a vibrant and integral part of our worship experience, dedicated to bringing glory to God through song and instrumental music. We believe that music is a powerful roof for worship and fellowship, and helps us to express our praise and deepen our faith as we unite our congregation in celebration of God’s enduring love, faithfulness, goodness, and majesty.

Our choir is open to all who have a passion for music and desire to serve. We meet for choir practice at 7:15 each Wednesday night in the sanctuary. The sessions are a time for learning, fellowship, and preparation as we practice contemporary and traditional worship music and prepare ourselves to lead worship. Whether you are a seasoned singer, or someone who is looking to develop your musical talents in a supportive environment you’d be welcomed with us and we look forward to seeing you!

The Choir, Musicians, Soloist, all will participate regularly in worship services and special events, providing inspirational music that enhances the worship experience for our regular congregation and visitors. Doing so with our God given talents to sing, or play an instrument. Through the music it is our aim that we lead the church in praise and worship, and help to create an atmosphere where all can feel the presence of God.
